Peccavi

Wines bearing the “Peccavi” label are from 100% estate grown fruit, hand harvested, often in the cool of the night, from specific parcels within the blocks of vineyards making production of these wines limited by the individual vineyard sites.

Peccavi Sauvignon Blanc 2017

Breathtakingly intense and pristine; gooseberries, cassis and a hint of tropical fruits backed by faintly smoky vanilla oak. Finishing with a crunchy lemony acidity.

Peccavi Chardonnay 2018

The 2018 Chardonnay features gentle scents of toasted grain layered over melon, pear and pineapple flavors.

It's medium to full-bodied and plump on the palate, then turns a bit chalky and convincingly dry on the finish.

Peccavi Chardonnay 2008

Museum Release 2008 Peccavi Chardonnay.

Limited stock of the award-winning 2008 vintage is now available from the Peccavi Cellar.

Glowing green-straw; a very impressive wine, with excellent texture and mouthfeel, the touch of grapefruit adding a crisp edge to the intense flavours of the wine; perfect barrel ferment oak handling; long, harmonious finish.

Peccavi Cabernet Sauvignon 2015

Pristine, deeply perfumed with a dense core of cassis, dark plums and cherries. It has aromas of smoky mocha, oak and a suggestion of graphite. This is a well refined Cabernet Sauvignon, with dense, pristine flavours of berry fruits underpinned by drying, tight-grained and mineral tannins. Superb, sophisticated and savoury.

Peccavi Syrah 2015

This Syrah is a modern Rhône-inspired with peppery, spicy aromas of blackberries, dark plum and blueberries. There are hints of fresh chocolate/mocha oak and dried herbs. Underpinned by fine, dusty tannins, it is medium to full bodied, with a lingering core of dark fruit and smoky oak. This wine has fine poise and savoury balance.

Peccavi Estate Merlot 2017

Perfumed and gravelly with heady layers of black cherries and chocolate with oak and hints of smoke and dried herbs. Full to medium bodied long and lustrous with a silky texture and core of plums, berries, oak and earthly herbs. Shapely, elegant with fruitcake like spice, this is a deep flavoured wine and marks a new dimension for Australian Merlot.
